Truly the color could mean anything. 1 line has error bars the other doesn't, which makes me think that one is measurements and the other is some calculated number or baseline.
I certainly didn't say you were wrong, just that on science it's really impossible to know things like that without labels, and assuming is generally a bad way to interpret science.
