Sounds like a filter, the kind of guy putting this sticker anywhere would find the kind of woman who responds positively to this marriage material
It's like the online scammers that intentionally use bad grammar and spelling to filter out people who care about/notice that.
I love to take an extremely long-winded movie quote and print it out of context in tiny font on a bumper sticker so you'll only ever be able to read it when you're passing by it in the parking lot and also it's not funny
