I think societal pressure to have sex and ostracism of those who don't or can't is a contributor too. I became way less hung up about sex when I realized that a person who would give me shit for being a virgin probably isn't someone I'd want to associate with anyway.
Yeah, incels are definitely victims of toxic masculinity. If they can't attract women, that makes them "beta males", so they have to shift blame to someone else. Ironically these are people who would benefit from feminism
