    National City Lines: "I don't!"

    Looks a lot like a small city in South Korea. I wish American cities with a population of 20-150k would realize they can urbanize like this. Although the reasons it hasn't happened don't have a whole lot to do with "realizing" all things considered though

      Johnstown specifically was like that because that's when the steel industry was huge in Western PA.

      It reminds me of some townships I've visited in Taiwan. Probably just cuz it's a dense mixed use areas with 3-6 story buildings (no trolleys in Taiwan tho).

    You can see the ghost of this kind of town all across the mountains in PA and NJ. Very easy to see its remnants in lots of places in the Poconos and Lehigh Valley at least

    Was just there earlier today, looks nothing even similar now. Most buildings are rundown and falling apart and it is now the poorest city in the state
