I do really like the illustrations of feathered dinos cats, they look neat but also plausible as creatures that actually existed on planet earth, unlike that Jurassic Park shit
Yeah, i love all the very bird-like cats. It looks great when artists just take a plumage pattern from a recent bird and put it on a non-avian dino and it feels plausible. Like that gyrfalcon-like Dromaeosaurus here. For most of these, we can't possibly tell if the feathers looked like that, but it's nice to have some speculative art that shows a range of possibilities.
