Only in certain states AFIAK. And it is not that many, I think, like 2 or 3. You can still challenge people to fist fights in most states but no weapons are allowed. I'm pretty sure you can duel in Oregon, I only say that cause they have some ancient laws on the books they've never overturned for whatever reason
