Manchester by the Sea. Unbelievable film. It's not about tragedy, it's about trying to move forward with tragedy behind you. There's consistent really quality humour in it as well.

Songs... Idk, I get chills listening to amazing or sad songs, but never really get slammed by them unless there's context around them. A funeral, a film, my current mood.
