Since I was a kid I just assumed I was a lazy slacker then I read some things from people in my field with ADHD and it felt like something clicked and I felt "seen" for the first time. I started doing research and things really started feeling like they were clicking for me. Around that time I got a co-worker that's diagnosed ADHD and we started talking about it and he started pushing me to get evaluated since he sees a lot of what he's like unmedicated in me.
All that being said, at the end of the day, only a doctor can diagnose but getting to that point sucks because ADHD meds are heavily abused and there's a limited supply of doctors who actually understand how to help people with ADHD.
Assuming this is serious and not a meme (I like to air on the side of caution with things like this and assume you're being serious), definitely put some research into what ADHD is and how to manage it. I've been a fan of the HowToADHD channel (there's definitely a few videos like her RSD vid that really hit me to learn that actually I'm not unique and other people feel like I do).
Personally, I haven't been screened yet (literally on my todo list that's staring at me to call a local doctor), but I've been applying coping mechanisms and seeing big improvements. If you have the question, it's definitely worth it to do the research and learn what it is and how to manage it a bit without medication at first and looking into local doctors if you're fortunate to have insurance that covers mental health or an HSA.
So, this is a fun journey I'm on.
