    That was the Senate, this would concern getting only 10 progressive Democrats in the House to refrain from voting for it until they put the $15 minimum wage back.

        And if they did, the Democrats would be forced to change it to either appeal to win Republican votes (which it wouldn't in any scenario) or put the $15 minimum wage back in, which is completely within Biden and Harris' powers.
