Eh, this is pretty weak sauce. It's not a chud-style "Mexicans are taking over the country to do white genocide" comment, which you might expect if all you heard was "Biden said Indian Americans are taking over the country." It's hamfisted and tone deaf, but it's obviously not intended negatively, as the snippet alone would suggest.
