Check out Instant Pots if you can. You can just throw in ingredients and quickly prepare soups/stews that sort of thing.

You can skip the sauteing vegetables if you want. Just throw in rice, lentils, water, and you're set. Throw in some frozen veggies like peas and carrots in and you've got a full meal
