i played daggerfall (1996 skyrim) and the dungeons were stupid insane mazes. like it was so over the top an dumb. google daggerfall dungeon map and check images to see what i mean.
I did learn and it may help you in other games: keep a wall always on the left side and just follow it. when you get back to the start, do the same but with a wall on the right side.
i've been using this navigation system in games ever since. most recently Valheim to full clear dungeons and Blair Witch (those woods suck man)

Minecraft and project Zomboid with tweaked settings. Leveling in Grim Dawn would count but later it gets grindy. Farming cows in D2 is also really relaxing but it is also a grind with some frustrations due to the game's age.
If you're down for something silly, I can't recommend SmallBu's Later Alligator highly enough. Mostly pretty easy mini games (except that one sliding puzzle), funny writing, and tons of adorably animated alligator characters.
A short hike is a great bite-sized game about exploring a mountainous island group. You get more jumps and airtime while gliding as you find new paths and help out other animal people
