Going out and killing people unattached to your current paranoid delusions (like the folks who shoot up random Jewish people in a synagogue because their paranoid delusions tell them a powerful cabal of Jews runs the world (a powerful cabal who don't frequent that synagogue), or shooting up mosques because you're scared of terrorists who also don't frequent that mosque, or shooting up black churches because of your delusions about the crime rate of black people who also don't frequent that church, or shooting random Asians because you think some lab halfway round the world was ordered by the government to make Covid)?
