Has anyone provided an iota of evidence that what is driving this horrific surge of anti-Asian violence is "white supremacist domestic terror"?That would require data showing who is primarily perpetrating the violence and with what motive. Where is that? https://t.co/7p7mUmloDW— Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald) March 17, 2021
Interestingly, I think Greenwald's hesitancy to assume the cause might be partly due to his reporting on the Pulse nightclub shooting. Many still think the motive was homophobia.
You mean to tell me the news media got something wrong and just ran with it? Wild that glenwald thinks highly enough of himself that he is taking credit for that

There's a good
Citations NeededIntercepted with Jeremy Scahill episode about this.Oh didn't know...which ep?
I conflated two podcasts that came out around the same time. The Intercepted podcast with Jeremy Scahill did an episode on the Pulse details.
Citations Needed did an episode about fake ISIS plots.
They are both good listens.

Who reported it earlier? Who should take credit?
Who reported that the news madia is dumb and runs with narratives they like over accurate ones?
everyone.
If he didn't report it wrong, some yellow prose sniffing journalist would have just made up the narratice and they would have run it anyway
No, who reported the actual motive of the pulse shooting?
Oh, probably him, but he feels personally responsible for the way the system reacted and that is somewhere beetween foolishness and hubris on his part
Don't really get what your point is but that's ok
