      When you join the USMC, your drill seargent makes up a ridiculous and humiliating name for you, and it becomes legally binding for you and everybody else to use it forever. Violating this is punishable by death (execution method: ants).

        This is true. I saw it in the documentary Full Metal Jacket. That ending where the guy becomes a full metal jacket was amazing.
