    I don’t remember who said this, but conservatives can’t do comedy because they already believe in their hyperboles. Like “AOC has a meeting with a demonic baby eater after refusing to condemn Biden” is an onion headline, but the same headline is unironically what conservatives believe in, so the article itself is news and validation to them.
