They have a dogmatic belief that the current capitalist system is fundamentally fair. Good deeds are rewarded and bad deeds are punished. It follows that if someone is getting bad results out of capitalism they have either committed sinful acts, like being "irresponsible" or "lazy" or they simply haven't tried hard enough.
