The most recent data from the National Alliance to End Homelessness puts the number of homeless people at 552,830. There are more than 17 million vacant homes across the U.S., according to the Census Bureau.
Yeah, there's not 20 empty homes for every homeless person, there's 30! Take that, unfactual Russian liars!
Clearly they should issue annual corrections on the off chance that one year the original claim is once again true.
