I mean that's fair, but having worked both types of jobs, there is a world of difference between a 12 hour factory grind and a 12 hour delivery grind. Neither of them is fun, but only one of them truly 'grinds' you in a way that is physically unsustainable. I've never met a sustainable 'rise and grind' type person on a 12 or on third shift, though I'm sure they probably exist elsewhere.
When I say grifting, I mean working for these app companies, none of which post any actual profits.
