🇻🇳 🇵🇸 i heard there are videos of this. Post that resistance porn!
God damn that is insanely brave to walk up to a tank and put a shell on it and pull the pin. Crazy. Sad that they have to risk their lives for basic freedoms.
That shit's wild. When he ran back to the hole I figured his work was done, time to go somewhere else and maybe come out of a different hole. But nah, dude was just going back for a second explosive.
I saw somewhere that Israeli tanks have this missile deflection system called TROPHY that basically will shoot projectiles at a missile. The bomb I think was to disable it. The rocket was to disable or destroy the tank.
By the way, aren't tanks supposed to be escorted by infantry in cars and stuff, just so things like this don't happen? Are they being negligent or am I just uninformed about the use of tanks?
Losing tanks and having infantry units wiped out in ambushes because they can't act like a professional military capable of very basic combined arms. These idiots are getting blown up in ambushes when their infantry are too lazy or cowardly to dismount and screen for their tanks. Even more ironic that the infantry screen literally rides inside Israeli main battle tanks and when the tank gets blown up, so do they.
Seriously though... Israeli main battle tanks are also infantry carriers with rifleman riding inside a back compartment. It's one thing for the infantry to be sitting on their asses when traveling through open areas cross country but this is an environment filled with countless death traps for armored units. Apparently the IOF is only capable of making airstrikes from uncontested airspace and police actions raiding the homes of unarmed civilians in the middle of the night.
the IDF is what you get when you let the 12 year old screaming slurs at you on xbox from his family's home in the hamptons design a modern military
It's fucking absurd, I'm pretty sure there's literally 3 separate tanks in the video too.
Theres the one he presumably damages/immobilizes with the planted shell, then one just right behind that one, then when he fires the RPG the angle looks like he's firing to the left relative to the first tank.
I've seen some people say the charge disables the TROPHY missile defense system.
At 33-34s you can see the second tank at rear left then the third at rear right through the dust

The Viet Cong shot off three of my uncle's fingers and he's still an asshole, so I will back them to the gates of hell.
Viet Cong shot down my Grandpa's helicopter 5 times (may have been north Vietnam). Helicopters are death traps. He said he begrudgingly respects their fighting abilities.
You should maybe stop getting in the helicopters after the 3rd time or so.
Then again, imperialist grandpa btfo.
He refuses to fly helicopters. After he got discharged because he kinda lost it (got he shakes), he became an airplane pilot. Loves planes, but hates helicopters. Told me to never get into a helicopter. He learned his lesson.

airline vetting process: fuck it, it's probably fine
You could smoke on planes then so I'm kinda not sure if there was a vetting process.
to this very day it's illegal to not smoke while flying on Cubana de Aviación flights, those sweet ass, roomy as hell soviet airliners all still have the original ash tray
I bet he was like that DiCaprio pointing at the TV meme when the Kobe news first came out.
Helicopters are death traps
shot down my Grandpa's helicopter 5 timesI dunno man that sounds like a pretty good record to me
I'd be fascinated to read about the Gaza tunnels. We have a lot of info now about the Viet Cong ones but I wonder what's changed since then and if the difference in the environments changes their construction significantly.
all the drugs salvador dali, david lynch, Sting, and frank herbert did to get this movie made were completely worth it
shout out to Toto (yes, rains of africa guys) for this clearly soviet national anthem inspired soundtrack
