When you're allowed to do anything, what you want to do are break taboos. But there are so few taboos left for you to violate. Thus you have to go to abusive or murderous extremes to get off. That's what this is about.

Driving drunk and being above the law is another. American aristocracy can drive drunk into a lake, abandon the car, not call for rescue, let the woman inside to die a slow death by drowning, and suffer no legal consequences like we would if we had done the same. I don't know what's gone wrong in this case, maybe Pelosi pissed off the wrong local official. We'll probably never know the real story.

In 1960s-70s Israel, Nazi porn was a big deal. From my study of historical sexuality, it doesn't really matter what it is, as long as it is forbidden. They had a war over it. It's just that it happened at the same time as the Cuban Missile Crisis, so it has been forgotten by the Western mind.

India and China certainly haven't, though. Good thing they're separated by the Himalayas. Those mountains are like a gigantic wall that keeps the two giants from invading each other. It is just impossible to do any kind of military logistics with the world's highest mountains in the way.

I hadn't really heard of Bernie before 2016. When I found out he was a Socialist, I was like, WTF is he doing running in the Democrat primary? They're a different party! They're going to allow an outsider to win their nomination?

And then the Democrats rigged the primary and stole it from him. Well that answered that question. They even argued in court, and won, saying that they were a private company that didn't have to respect the results of any election, they could appoint whomever they like to their nomination. And then they nominated the only person who could ever lose to Trump.

The culture doesn't change until it gets a kick in the ass from outside. They were homophobic for centuries, why would they change unless their culture changed? You think our own culture changed on its own without any outside help? They were still making jokes like "no homo bro" and "that's gay" until about 10 years ago. That didn't happen with "consensus about it among the people", it was done by a relentless agitation by good people who are on the right side of history.

It makes sense once you understand that they don't consider us "their" people. We are at best unnecessary and at worst an enemy. Things would be so much better without us around. Thus no remorse is felt when killing us.
