  • Browse the TG channels in the intro post, there's a lot. Many Pro-Russian channels like Intel Slava Z post "the best" daily war footage on a regular basis.

Personally I'd recommend ZOKA (@200_zoka) and Ghost (@mdfzeh) on Twitter. They always have all the good videos and never stop posting. Since most of the regular fighting now is done by Russian regulars and they enforce a strict smartphone ban, you won't see much shooting. You will, however, see a shit ton of UAV footage. These ZALA lotering drones seem to have a devastating effect on UA armor in the South at the moment.

I should add that it is considered canon on this website that it's generally a bad idea to watch too much of this war porn footage. After all, you're seeing actual people getting killed, whether you like Ukrainians or not. It's bound to mess you up inside somehow.

After following this stupid war for like 7 out of the past 8 months, I agree with that.

  • Possibly, but in my mind it’s more likely that it’s just because Russia is concentrating troops near Kherson and the distance between Kherson and Mykolaiv really isn’t that great, so conceivably Russia could defeat whatever forces Ukraine has on the front and then advance onwards towards the city.

as always I very much hope your right man, but I'm not holding my breath. Remember seeing these "oh yeah sure maybe Russia will advance to Nikolaev next week and then Odessa soon after, who knows!" back in April already. Sorry Russia, I keep rooting for you but feel increasingly dumb for doing that. You'll have your hands full with Soledar and Bakhmut and holding Kherson, remember when everybody said those would fall in late August for sure?

Eh, I know I shouldn't treat this like a goddamn soccer match or something. I'll meditate on my shortcomings (and keep trusting the plan™)

  • Quite honestly I have a bad feeling about these endless Ukrainian offensives at Cherson and elsewhere. Can't get this though out of my head that somehow Russia will find a way to screw it up, despite all the endless materiel transports we've all seen, despite all the mobilized reservists...maybe the Ukrainians really take back Cherson and Russia keeps losing territory. Would definitely be the most underwhelming and disappointing thing, but somehow fit right into this timeline. Maybe Russia really is that weak now.

I'll take it all back when Russia like, secures their new border by like January, of course.

Well, well, well, what do we have here? "Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit." More like Hegel's Fuckomenology of Bullshit. Let me tell you, this book is fucked up. Just look at the first fucking sentence! "It is customary to preface a book with an explanation of the author's aim"? Yeah, I fuckin' hope so! But get this: "In the case of a philosophical work, however, such an explanation seems not only superfluous, but even inappropriate and misleading"?! What the fuck? Why even put this fucking garbage in the book if you're just | going to tell us that you aren't going to explain anything What were they THINKING!? I don't suppose I can use Game Genie to find out. [clip of AVGN trying to put a game genie on the book like it's an NES cartridge] And why is the preface longer than the introduction? Let's just skip to the first real chapter, "Sense Certainty." Yeah, I'm certain that I sense some fuckin' bullshit.

  • nd dare I say, the beginning of the end of EU. The sanctions have completely backfired and thus begins the path towards the demise of EU and NATO.

Is it really gonna be THAT bad? :doomer:

Damn, I always used to entertain the notion that in the inevitable and completely just historic downfall of the West, AT LEAST the damn Americans would be the first to jump the blade, what with their insane society setup and blatant disregard for ANY human needs...and now your telling me, OH NO Mr. Euro_Chapo, you see, actually it's Germany and the EU's turn to go first, while Trump will get another term and the goddamn Democrats get another 8 years of fleecing their voters? I mean shit man, WHY. :doomjak:

  • Thoughts on Seth Harp and/or the new TrueAnon episode on Ukr?

I really liked the JSUC episode with Seth, LOVED him on RWN recently but this Foreign Legion peace of his in Harper's was not worth the 20 mins it took me to read it, honestly.

Goddamn Seth what the fuck WAS that, he basically wrote a 10,000 word or whatever article on roving around in the Ukraine and not finding out shit about that stupid legion. I mean I guess that's a story, too, but don't waste so much of my time saying, "this whole thing was overhyped, the media lied to you, but seriously it's pretty funny that Russia fired THIRTY Kalibrs on that Yavoriv training base and BBQd like maybe 100 redditors lol"

  • What will happen to the DPR, LPR and associated liberated territories in the future - are they going to declare themselves as Novorossiya or will they become part of Russia straight away?

The Novorossiya thing would make it a tiny little bit easier for the other European idiots to recognize me thinks, but it's just a hunch. What do you guys think?

  • Surprised nobody recommended Ravenous (1999) yet .

It's a pretty good Civil War cannibal horror film directed by a Bri'ish lady who specialized in social drama movies and was only brought on late to the film, but made it surprisingly good, along with Guy Pearce and Robert Carlyle. Gotta check it out, I mean it's a CIVIL WAR CANNIBAL HORROR FILM !

Atun-Shei has a very Plinkett-like review (obvious Spoiler warning, DUH)
