COVID-19 - Neutralized
Me sitting here currently positive with COVID, sinuses flooded with gunk, feeling like I have the flu, isolated in my room, even with full vaccination and booster shots. Like, I understand the shots make it so this is as bad as the symptoms get, rather than me like dying or needing intubation, but it's still annoying to be getting this shit and having to stay cooped-up in my room for a week, a whole 2+ years after all this started and after doing everything I was suppose to along the way, including still wearing a mask in public to this day. :cri:
Maybe google and do some Vim Hof breathing for immunity!? And OFC try sleeping as long/much as possible for same purpose, I guess you know about vitamins and the rest.
IIRC Wim Hof has actual significant positive genetic mutations (like increased tolerance to cold and oxygenation of his blood or something), and the method itself is more or less useless.
He also has increased brown fat (same as his broter who isn't doing all that ice stuff) and so on, but that's far from concluding that tumo breathing is useless, on the contrary. Now I can't guarantee that it helps with COVID directly - but I would guess so and I am recommending it based on lots of personal/anecdotal data, unfortunately not based on (nonexistant) scientific research.
