i remember 10 years ago cool modpacks were extending the basic programmer-y logic of the base game and adding automatic storage solutions, pipes, robots, actual computers etc. to deal with their own added blocks/items and they were so much fun, wish minecraft didnt go with so much magic/xp stuff or at least wish they did it less jank, pretty much everything after the piston update feels tacked on lol
