    Maybe this is advice if you've tried more conventional/accessible methods of treatment and you've found they haven't helped- Meditation helped me with feeling what's going on in my body in terms of tensions, sensations, etc.. Explore those same tensions, sensations, etc with mushrooms or MDMA in a safe environment (lots of good resources out there (MAPS) on how to go about this).
