    that's such juicy gossip

    would we ever consider making something like that accessible to normal users?

    I can see obvious problems with it, and it would probably be more annoying than it's worth... but it would be fun.

    Opt in. To see who upvoted a post, you have to have your upvotes seeable.

    And maybe you could only see who uovoted your own comments/posts. I think it would be a fun way to see who's in your corner.

      Just before hexbear removed downvotes, the admins checked to see who had downvoted any of the frequent "I love my trans comrades" posts and purged them all

        The one person who was like "I'm not transphobic, but I downvote all pinned posts on principle and I will never stop" and then got banned was the one that really cracked me up

      Couldn't normal uses just make a instance and then they're be an admin and be able to see downvotes? An instance could just make those votes public if you use their instance. Not sure if defederating them would prevent them from getting that info or not.
