I bought mine from untag, they have good quality products but they’re also more on the expensive side. Tbh you can just google and look for a local store that sells clothing for trans people and look at the reviews.
The long binders as sold by untag are considered very safe but you can still see them under some shirts because the collar is small.
Personally I like to just wear a sports bra without padding on most days because it’s more comfortable.
