(CNN) — President Joe Biden has tested positive for Covid-19, according to the president and CEO of UnidosUS Janet Murguía.

Biden was expected to speak at the group’s conference in Las Vegas Wednesday night.

I was just on the phone with President Biden. And he shared his deep disappointment at not being able to join us this afternoon. The president has been at many events as we all know and he just tested positive for Covid

Murguía told attendees.

Biden, 81, had been scheduled to take the stage an hour and a half prior.

CNN has reached out to the Biden campaign and the White House for comment.

      brump strikes again

Remember when all the libs were aghast at Trump making the secret service take him out for a joy ride to wave at the hogs while he was staying at Walter Reed? "How dare he make them breathe the same air while he's infected!"

Man, I hope they give Biden the steroid cocktail they had Trump on when he had covid though. It's either gonna make his heart explode, or we'll get manic gakked up Joe turn into E1 Biden IRL

I worked on the trial for that monoclonal they gave Trump. Almost positive it was no better than placebo for elderly people, so he really survived that with only his diaped up slushie ass and the entire staff of Walter Reed.

Didn't they have him on the kind of heavy steroids that can cause mania they give people with large third degree burns that need skin grafts? I remember him saying he felt better than he did 20 years ago and his chief of staff saying his appetite was back and he was cleaning back to back plates and people online with some medical knowledge were like "oh yeah that's definitely a side effect of that steroid."
