      A lot businesses also didn't stop requiring masks within their stores.

      I figured it was something along these lines. If this is the case why aren't their per cap cases as high as other states'? Would that be due to climate?

            Just anyone who isn't a psycho really. When we had an anti mask protest here pretty much everyone got way more serious about being safe because those few psychos could start a super spreader.
