But, things can be deduced. For example, if a series of bogus reports show up on the replies to one user, then it's easy to figure out that that user is probably reporting the replies that they don't like.
They can't. If the mods suspect abuse of the report button they have to contact admins, but the admins would ban you sitewide. Sounds like the mod just made up a reason, lol.
