If travel is ever possible again. Where should I go? I will definitely spend at least a week in Scotland and will also see the Bovington Tank Museum which is on the opposite side of the country.
I will probably be sticking to Great Britain. I'm thinking maybe two weeks in total, possibly three but I'm really just going to England to be depressed and angry and to see Bovington so realistically two.

Scotland is fucking beautiful. It is also one of the few places on Earth where golf isn't exclusively enjoyed by rich assholes, so you can and should hit up a public course.

London is a holy unique city, and realistically you'll need two weeks or so to see the highlights and get an idea of the city. The Lake district and yorkshire cotswalds are both really neat outdoor areas. Glasgow is worth seeing. Also the white cliffs of dover.
What are some things I should see in London? Besides seeing if I can lob a piece of fruit at Keir Starmer?
Grenich has a maritime museum, observatory, and several interesting historical things. Themes barrier and river. Tate, national gallery, British museum, Victoria&Albert. Churchill warrooms. Pubs: especially the old historic ones, samual smith pub, especially the pubs in the London financial district. Westminster, Parliament. All of those are in the sane area. Skip the tower of london. Buckingham palace is easily skipable. Selfridge's is really cool, do that over herrods. West end plays are cool. There is a public bus that drives by all the tourist sites. The eye of london us very neat but misable. There is great Indian food all over the east end/brick lane/spitalfields, don't go to the ones in the touristy areas. Kew gardens is very impressive. Soho red light district. There are several historic book stores. The train stations are rad and you should check them out. If you have the opportunity to take the eurostar it is incredible.
When I went I just kicked it around the Thames Amd ate a bunch. We saw Big Ben, and went to the science museum as well. It was in November and they had set up this little installation that had Scandinavian vibes along the river that sold heated cider. I have a really good memory of sitting next to a space heater with my partner drinking the warm cider in the cold air and looking at the river. Was real :comfy:

Go to North Wales, I miss it desperately. It’s very beautiful (although not as grand as Scotland), and Welsh is a lovely language.
In terms of in and around London, if you like tanks, definitely go to the Imperial War Museum. The Royal Airforce Museum is pretty amazing too. The Natural History and Science Museum is also brilliant, if that's up your alley. I think there's a war museum or RAF museum in Manchester too.
If you like untouched countryside, go to Wales or Scotland. If you like beaches and surfing, go to Devon or Cornwall.
Go for a Sunday Roast at a pub - yorkshire puddings are a must, and try out some of the ciders. Personally I love English Cuisine, even if the rest of the world thinks it's only fit for feeding farm animals. Might as well try it while you're here. Classic Fish and Chips, Pasties, Sausage Rolls, or our national dish, chicken tikka masala, which actually originated in scotland and is frowned upon by anyone who knows anything about curry.

Sad no ones mentioned Edinburgh, defo my fav city I've visited. It's got it all (castle, hills, city, old stuff, new stuff), it's super walkable and the museums are free. Also you can go watch the politicians debate in the parliament for free
