Why is Sweden so uniquely green? They seem to have a lot of right-wing hysteria about the refugee crisis and they're double-white people so you'd think they'd be more racist.

Sweden is one of the most open and welcoming nations for immigration. Something like 14% of their population is foreign-born these days, and it's only going higher.

Roma people were banned from immigrating there until the 1950s lol, but we’re a unique case vs other minorities in Europe usually anyways. Sweden is still very antiziganist. Don’t let the graph fool anyone.

I believe that most of the hysteria comes from foreigners who have never even been close to Sweden

See, for instance, the "swedish no-go zones". International media and shitty youtubers have been screeching for years about neighborhoods completely overrun by violent brown thugs. In these areas, journalists are beaten and robbed, sharia law is enforced by armed patrols and even police, firemen and emergency medical teams are forbidden to enter by these powerful criminal gangs...

But the local authorities just say "nope, not true, we have no clue how those assholes who never set a foot here arrived to these conclusions lmfao "

Sweden is green and yet has a police registry full of only Romani people. The bar is low
