I'm not entirely sure why it's so impossible that this pig simply wanted to murder a black man and decided to shout taser multiple times to make it look like an accident.
I haven't seen the footage, and I don't plan on seeing it, though. Maybe it's more clear cut than that. But I wouldn't put it past a cop to do something like this.

i have seen the footage, and after she shoots him she does seem genuinely shocked that she shot him.
but thats not exactly any kind of proof. she knows shes on camera etc etc
the bottom line is that she murdered a guy, either willfully, or through such sheer incompetence that her negligent actions amount to blatant disregard for human life.

Same, I can't watch this stuff anymore, not since the bodycam footage of the cops murdering Daniel Shaver a few years ago. That one was particularly gruesome. So gruesome, in fact, that the jury in that case was not allowed to watch the complete video for fears it would impart a bias onto them.
Seeing them kill more people with my own eyes isn't going to make me hate the police any more than I already do. My hatred for the police is already at maximum capacity.
