When I saw the bio, I was expecting to scroll down and see they were actually just a conservative who put that in their bio (that's now like... a thing people do on right twitter now). But no, sadly they do genuinely seem to be a leftist, just a bad one :|
In the name only*, you can't call yourself a leftist and at the same time claiming a group of people aren't actually people. The ideology is pretty much set in stone when it comes to minority/human rights, and if you can't comprehend that it's pretty hard to call this anything else than just taking on the aesthetics of leftism without actually understanding the thought behind it.
