The real world version of this is called a jewfro
The jewfro is usually more curly, this is out of control floof that comes with thick wavy hair. I know this because it's almost exactly how my hair looks when it grows out a lot.
Mine is kinda between what you are describing and a jewfro.
For the hair, backcomb a lot.
