Like what the fuck do “journalist” even do anymore, only other term I can think of as overused as this is “under fire.”

every time i glance at /r/politics like half the fucking headlines are "Marjorie Taylor Green said X"

i care so little about marjorie taylor green, she's more a non-entity that fucking matt gaetz, dan crenshaw, and the other fifty dime a dozen "libs owned" loud dumbass conservatives

    im so fucking tired

Same but also it happens on this site. I see a big struggle session about some American like Jimmy Dore, who I have never heard of, and people care about it very much and I do not

MTG is basically the shit her pants girl from Liberty Hangout in politician form. They both just clearly say stupid shit to get attention and it works. I wish people would just ignore them.

She would be a nobody if libs didn't fire themselves up about her, instead they're turning her into the right wing AOC.

Take a drink every time a leftist news headline has " ________ won't be silenced," and you'll be slammed, too.

One reason is to draw clicks. But I'm realizing that another, even bigger reason is so that they can then write an "article" where they just say whatever someone said and it's "news" rather than an opinion piece because they're "reporting what someone said".

So they'll have an article like "Scrooge McDuck Slams Plan To Help Poor People", and the entire article will just be stuff like "poor people are lazy and this plan is stupid... McDuck argues."

I checked /r/politics yesterday for the first time in awhile, and I saw the word "BLASTS" at least 6 times on the front page. I kept expecting something about Palestine lol, but nope it's just Biden blasting the GOP over something.
