Like, I know at best they're ambivalent about things like racial and gender equality. But do you think they ever wonder why their movement is almost exclusively white and male? Ever cause them just a bit of self-doubt? I mean, one reason I know socialism/leftism is right and good is the fact that what we stand for attracts people of all backgrounds (at least IRL, not sure about online).

    They just think its pure coincidence, maybe subconsciously or the most extreme of them think of it in racist and misogynist terms but for the most part they just think "huh, guess thats just how it ended up" with maybe a "bit odd innit?" at most.

      They don't think about social patterns like that. Only a collection of personal decisions.

      Seems to me that if they at all begin to question this set of circumstances, they'll either abandon libertarianism or become racists.

        Yeah, if they actually get to a point where they think about it thats usually how it goes, but most of the time theres not a lot that ever forces a "Huh, weird how that just happens accidentally" person to face it.
