        As a pizza delivery man, yes. I changed my oil once a month and basically never turned my car off unless I knew I was gonna be sitting for a while. Start it up a few minutes before you leave for work, run the A/C, maybe give it a bit if gas in park/neutral to get everything up to temp.

        Stop and go is the worst. I and most drivers I know learn the traffic patterns ant take the routes that avoid traffic or have predictable lights. At night, if you have good vision, it's sometimes better to run reds if you have to than slam on your brakes. It sucks that basically the only way you can get life or efficiency out of modern vehicles (anything after 1960) is at highways speeds.

      Im not saying you're doing this but I knew a guy at work that would shift to neutral at the top of hills and then back to drive at the bottom. He went through a couple transmissions, lol.
