Is this...legal? Feels like something that would be struck down by a court, even a Florida one.
Also, can't literally everyone just, ya know, lie?
I don't imagine this will stick - it violates the first ammendment so flagrantly that even the current scotus crop probably wouldn't support it. Too damaging to the state's legitimacy.
But before it inevitably gets challenged and injuncted, it makes good red meat for the base to remember next election cycle.
