Its late night over here, and Im seating alone in the Hexbear studio, the only lights in the studio being the boards and the gloomy thing lighting my notes.
On todays program we talk about how the week went and if we achieved our goals. I know I did mine. Well mostly - I killed it in the training department, but I didnt get to motivate myself to paint. Goals will be to get comfortable benching 115 and eventually increase that.

Been making really good progress in all my lifts lately. Feeling good about that.
Finally got to a semi-reliable scale and figured I've put on ~12 lbs (of good weight) over the last few months. So all & all everything's going in the right direction :arm-R:
Is good weight food weight? Ive pretty much given up on lifting for now, cause I still dont feel comfortable with the gyms and corona.
Haha no muscle (but I've had to eat a crazy amount to get there).
I tried going to the climbing gym but they weren't running AC and I struggled big time
