In like 2003 my sister and I were driving home through a big stretch of country and we saw a fucking huge ass disc with lights around the edge jet up from the tree line and disappear into the clouds at an extreme speed. I don't think it was aliens but damn I sure will always wonder wtf that thing was.

I saw something like that back in the 90s. The formation, zig-zagging, and flying off in one direction at ridiculous speed. The one thing I can never forget is the way they didn't look like they were moving so much as appearing in a new position leaving a trail behind them that I can only describe as like the shifting colors of the light spots you see after looking at something really bright and then closing your eyes.

I'm also highly skeptical of actual alien visitors but that experience stuck with me. Whatever it was enticed a ton of people to pull over to the shoulder of the highway and watch, and one of my uncles described seeing something similar that same day dozens of miles away (we were all traveling to another relatives house for a big family gathering and I heard him talking about his sighting without having mentioned what we had seen coming from the opposite direction).

Wow that rocks. That’s crazy people were pulling over to look

I always wonder if those instances are super high energy particles ionizing air. If they travel fast enough, you'd basically see everything all at once and it would look crazy.

Like imagine someone throwing a glowing bouncy ball at a window and how it would look first traveling at you then ricocheting off the window and into walls you can't see.

I remember at a fair like a decade ago I saw like a weird glowing orange ball of light in the sky, i honestly forget what it did that was so unlike either a meteor or a plane but it had some weird strange movement to it. it couldnt have been that ufo-y if i dont remember anything about it but its the closest thing i got

either way fuck aliens: either they're fake as hell or just complete assholes for not doing posadism yet

Neat! Apparently a ton of "in formation" UFO sightings are Chinese lanterns that people have released for whatever random reason, so that's what came to mind, but they're normally orangey. At least according to a UFO skeptic investigator fella I talked to once.

I saw a wierd light in the sky that seemed to just hover in place for the longest time on the horizon and it was starting to freak me out, then it started moving to the side and realized it was just a plane that was headed my direction when I saw the taillight. So lame.

One time i was going to my high school dorm and when i was looking out the window i saw a light that was moving back and forth in a U-shape. It was way too far to see anything other than the light. When i got off the train it was still there and half an hour later it was still there. Wanted to ask my roommate for his phone (It was about 2005 and camera phones were a luxury in Eastern Europe then) but he got there ours later and by that time it was gone.

Could've been a balloon or a helicopter too, but it made no noise and i think balloons aren't allowed to fly in the dark? Also it made no noise as far as i can remember.

I'm convinced the triangle ones are just military planes in formation.

Or it's just a coincidence that aliens also fly in military formation

I guess - more than a year ago I was getting ready for bed at around 3 or 4 am. As soon as I got under the covers I started hearing some kind of booming noise outside that kept going for over 10 minutes. Thinking “holy shit is there a fucking 20 car pileup outside??” I got up to try and get a good look outside. The road nearby was clear, but then I saw this perfectly stationary, huge, blue-white light in the sky that was brighter than everything else. I should add it’s pretty hard to see stars and even the ISS through all the light pollution here. A little weird.

Now, I only checked it out for a few moments. I was too tired to stick with it for very long, but in the literal sense of the term, it was a UFO from my perspective. 99% chance it was a helicopter or something though.

I think I might have been abducted and repressed it because I remember like 10 years ago I had a UFO experience that was so bizarre I couldn't believe it actually happened, but now I don't remember what it was. I just remember often thinking "damn that was insane".

Yes it could have been all a dream I guess

My wife saw something as a toddler with her dad. It was very low to the ground and her dad was also shaken. I was able to find a sighting report from the approximate week it happened that matched the description. To this day both her and her dad believe in ET life. The story was enough for me to believe as well. Something spooky is living in the hudson.
