so this headline is pretty deliberately misleading
I feel like the Dems are going to do something like this eventually, maybe 2028. Stewart might know enough about politics to know that he doesn't want to be anywhere near it, but it's not hard to imagine that some other liberal celeb might fancy themselves the next Trump and strike a chord with Dems when they go for it.
