Does sitting at home, throwing rotten fruit at my cell phone screen, and shouting "Electoralism sucks!" into an empty room count?
You get even more points if you get rid of the cell phone and continue shouting
I get about a dozen emails per day from random Democrats and groups like this, and I'm Canadian. How the hell do you make it stop?
I mean, it's just wild that American politicians are spamming me in a different country. Like, I know they spam people that can't vote for them in different states, but I can't even give them the money they're constantly begging for.
Pragmatic means you give up your ideals at the first sign of difficulty
I see social democracy works the same way in the US as everywhere else.
Seems like they may be doing both. I did a search through my gmail for "medicare for all" and pretty much all the emails showing up are Our Revolution. Picking one at random had this:
Our fight to expand and strengthen Medicare right now doesn’t mean we’re stopping our fight for single-payer health care at every level of government. Our Revolution has been a leader in the campaign to pass Medicare for All resolutions from coast to coast and we’re on the frontlines of the fight to get state and federal Medicare for All legislation passed.
This week, Our Revolution Maryland [ORMD] continued to agitate and organize in House Democratic Leader Steny Hoyer’s backyard. We successfully got the Annapolis City Council to pass an MFA resolution and join the Prince George's County Council as the second major jurisdiction in the state calling for Congress to pass universal coverage.
ORMD Organizer Hal Ginsberg noted the significance of passing the measure in the state’s capital: “All Maryland lawmakers - whether at the federal or state levels - will take notice of what policies are popular in Annapolis. It’s a bellwether.”
Our Revolution Anne Arundel County members, including ORMD Chair Chrissy Holt and Phil Ateto, joined with the Maryland Progressive Health Care Coalition to lead the effort to pass the Annapolis measure. In Prince George’s County, Our Revolution Prince George’s members - including Suchitra Balachandran, Sydney Jacobs and John Spillane - were instrumental in moving local lawmakers.
Not that I expect much of OR, but keep in mind where the criticism is coming from.

Yeah at first I thought they were literally rebranding. Fuck you, Associated Press.
