I doubt Vaush is 6'2", but where are you getting that Kirk is supposed to be 5'10"? I might be misremembering, but some left media figure that debated him (Sam Seder maybe?) said he was surprisingly tall, which I assume means north of 6'.
He has a rare condition that made all his facial proteins go to his lankiness instead of his face.
Tim moderated this debate but Vaush is the middle guy in the photo, embracing them both. Tim looks uncomfortable. Charlie looks pretty normal for once.
