I didn't see the speech but seeing a lot of criticism about it. What's the criticism for? He didn't reverse his policy, right? That seems like a win to me.

Honestly, the only good decision is standing firm on withdrawing. The speech was more disgusting for bragging about bombing or conducting special forces operations in multiple countries with zero remorse about who they are killing.
