I said you sound like a chud. Get the fuck out of the conversation if you can't read simple context clues.

In the new Penal Code of the Romanian People's Republic, the old Article 431 was toughened with penalties up to a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years.[59] In 1957 the "public scandal" provision was repealed and any consenting sexual intercourse between persons of the same sex is criminalized.

In 1961, same-sex sexual intercourse was criminalized in the Mongolian People's Republic.

The Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia adopted the previous Penal Code of 1957 of the Ethiopian Empire, which criminalizes anyone who "performs with another person of the same sex an act corresponding to the sexual act, or any other indecent act, is punishable with simple imprisonment."

The Hoxhaist regime in Albania penalized same-sex sexual intercourse with long prison terms, bullying and ostracism.

Same-sex sexual intercourse was always legal during the existence of the Republic of Poland and the Polish People's Republic. However, the government used homosexuality to blackmail homosexuals and the police harassed gay men and lesbians. Many homosexual men were arrested in 1985 in Operation Hyacinth.

Under Article 409 of the Somali Penal Code introduced in 1973, sexual intercourse with a person of the same sex is punishable by imprisonment from three months to three years in the Somali Democratic Republic. An "act of lust" other than sexual intercourse is punishable by a prison term of two months to two years. Under Article 410 of the Somali Penal Code, an additional security measure may accompany sentences for homosexual acts, usually coming in the form of police surveillance to prevent "re-offending".

LGBT rights have always been contested in socialist circles. Don't ignore something just because it doesn't fucking affect you.

I was literally referring to socialist countries in general.

Male same-sex anal intercourse remained illegal in the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Socialist Republic of Macedonia and the Socialist Republic of Serbia

Since we're talking about random countries that do not exist anymore, did you know that while Turing was killing himself because of the chemical castration imposed of him by the Queen of England, in the German Democratic Republic you could get gender reassignment for free?

On paper, it was Regina vs Alan Turing. The queen, as the plantiff, could have stopped the lawsuit being done in her name any time.

That's because every criminal case is against the crown, it's how our legal system works, it's the equivalent of "the state" in yank law

Fuck, my court case was against her, and the bitch won

I've only been to England once but I find your legal system hilarious. As an American, it's like meeting a grandparent and thinking "ah, that's why parent is like that."

Oh wow, thats crazy, It's almost like I was pointing out that a large amount of socialist countries were historically fucking disgusting places to live in for people like me, but keep pushing the conversation away from that. Sure

Its not like phobia has been a major problem in the left for years, not at all. Just quietly pad your ears and wait for the gays to forget about it.

A large amount of countries were historically fucking disgusting places to live in for people like us. Why are you implying that it's somehow a feature of Marxist-Leninist states?

I asked you for a source on that you could go to prison for your sexuality in the DPRK today. You won't find one, because it's not true.

In 1933, Joseph Stalin added Article 121 to the entire Soviet Union criminal code, which made male homosexuality a crime punishable by up to five years in prison with hard labor. The precise reason for Article 121 is in some dispute among historians. The few official government statements made about the law tended to confuse homosexuality with pedophilia and was tied up with a belief that homosexuality was practiced only among fascists or the aristocracy. The law remained intact until after the dissolution of the Soviet Union; it was repealed in 1993.

In North Korea, LGBT rights are very limited and the subject of homosexuality remains taboo. While the government proclaims tolerance for gay people and has stated its belief that homosexuality is not a choice and rather due to genetic factors, it rejects the alleged "promiscuity and classism" of gay culture in the West.

Theres a law in the penal code which states that any act of promiscuity is outlawed, whether in person, in video, or any other media. This is an obvious veil to just imprison LGBT rights advocates, considering our entire sexuality is based in our right to fucking sex with the gender of our interest.

You copy-pasted the Wikipedia. The quote you copy-pasted is supposedly sourced from 'Lebron, Robyn E. (2012). Searching for Spiritual Unity...can There be Common Ground?: A Basic Internet Guide to Forty World Religions & Spiritual Practices. CrossBooks. pp. 557–558'. I spent a minute trying to track the book to see what it actually said, but I didn't find it. But going by the title it most likely had nothing to do with the DPRK. Wikipedia is full if outright fake citations, or in some cases quotes of fiction books, when it comes to the DPRK. It's not a reliable source.

On the other hand you can just go and read their penal code. It's not a secret. This is, I imagine, the law you're talking about:

CHAPTER 6 CRIMES OF IMPAIRING SOCIALIST CULTURE

Article 193 (Import, Keeping and Distribution of Decadent Culture)

A person who, without authorization, imports, makes, distributes or illegally keeps music, dance, drawings, photos, books, video recordings or electronic media that reflects decadent, carnal or foul contents shall be punished by short-term labour for less than two years. In cases where the person commits a grave offence, he or she shall be punished by reform through labour for less than five years.

In cases where such a person imports, keeps or distributes sexual video recordings, the punishment shall be reform through labour for more than five years and less than ten years.

There is nothing about 'in person' 'acts of promiscuity'.
