Yes, they do need to make a movie featuring a “brave Republic of China soldier fighting the Revolutionary Army” aka that RoC soldier bravely executing labor organizers, peasant leaders and any other suspected commie in Shanghai at 1927.

At this point, if the USSR were still around, I’d expect libs to want to idolize the White Army to own the commies. Maybe talk about how “Supreme Commander” Alexander Kolchak wanted to institute democracy and freedom and stuff before Lenin ruined everything. If only they had committed another pogrom or five, then they could have succeeded!

      I doubt one lib in three even knows it exists. Tsar Nicholas was brutally murdered by the scoundrel Vladimir Lenin and then everyone was Communist and they were nice to the Nazis and did a genocide against Kulaks and then the Nazis beat them and then America came and fixed it and the Communists didn't say thank you, so we had a Cold War for 60 years and then neoliberalism won and that was History The End.

        Well yeah, only one lib in three can remember any historical event that happened more than 6 months ago. But those that do remember/know literally anything about the Russian revolution surely fetishize the Whites.
