    What even is a parliamentarian? You guys don't have a parliament. I've been on this earth for a good bit and have never heard of this position until sometime last year or so.

      Check out the shadow docket. It's supposed to be used for emergencies by the supreme court. I'm American and I must have heard about it but I entirely forgot because it was trivial legal process shit. Who cares?

      The GOP justices have given it a new meaning. It lets them legislate from the bench with minimal effort. No trial. No lawyers. No pleading. They do whatever they want without even pretending to give a fuck. Seriously, for them it's like writing a short, piddly blog post. It's how they eviscerated Roe. They issued a short message at night. Settled law? Not anymore​!
