      2. that it's embarrassing that the US would even need such a law in the first place, bc US courts/judges are so illegitimate that they would ACTUALLY side in favor of the rapist unless explicitly forbidden via said law.

          Oh, yeah, bad take there. You don't get to secretly do things during sex unless it's from a pre agreed upon list of surprises and surprises are considered cool and good by you partner.
