    :gulag:

Also, the biggest problem with trying to get people to see through this guy's charade is to convince them that individuals will NEVER fix broken systems. It might sound heartless, but his "philanthropy" means jack and is probably just used for tax write-offs

Should I know who Mr Beast is, or is this one of the situations where I’m better off knowing?

He's a random kid who accidentally got rich making youtube videos and now he spends all day thinking of dumber and dumber ways to give away his money in order to feed the cycle of sponsorships / merch sales / ad revenue so he can give away more money.

He's honestly not a bad dude, he really does want to help people. But he's a dumbass rich white kid with no idea how disrespectful some of the shit he does seems.

I thought his parents are super rich too. I remember someone mentioning his past last time he trended here. If I'm remembering correct then he's not randomly and not accidentally rich

that is my recollection as well. rich kid figures out he can get even more money from the attention he gets if he gives some of the money away, and he gets to make poor people dance for his entertainment as an added bonus.

He's some rich guy that makes youtube videos where the premise is he gives money to people for doing some "challenge" or whatever. Just a rich person who's more honest about the fact that they see us as dancing little monkeys.

You should feel lucky you haven’t crossed his videos if you’ve ever be online. He’s always on the suggested feed of YouTube.

How is this guy so popular? Capitalist brain rot plagues this country to an indescribable degree. Like, holy shit
